Yunna Company LLC

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated September 24, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Yunna Company LLC (“Yunna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using Yunna, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Participation in the Yunna Affiliate Program is also governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement. If you use Yunna for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain a working email address, protect your credentials, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account. A person may operate an eligible business profile, freelancer profile, or both, and may also hold approved affiliate access under the same Yunna login. Affiliate access is not a Business or Freelancer account mode. Marketplace users must use the correct account mode for each marketplace action and may not apply to their own business's order. Handles are unique and may be changed or reclaimed if they impersonate another person, violate rights, or create confusion.

3. Yunna's marketplace role

Yunna provides technology that helps independent businesses and freelance crafters find, organize, fund, complete, ship, and review work. Unless Yunna expressly states otherwise, Yunna is not the employer, employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, manufacturer, seller, or customer of a marketplace user. Businesses decide whom to hire and define lawful order requirements. Freelancers decide which orders to accept and control how they perform the work, subject to the agreed specifications, deadline, safety rules, and applicable law.

4. Plans, credits, and fees

Business plan features, billing intervals, marketplace fees, and order-credit amounts are shown before purchase or posting. Basic and Pro businesses may buy extra order credits; purchased credits roll over until used, while included monthly credits reset under the plan rules. Premium includes unlimited order requests while the subscription remains eligible. Subscription charges recur until canceled under the billing settings and Stripe checkout terms. Taxes may apply. Except where law or these Terms require otherwise, used order credits and completed service periods are nonrefundable.

5. Work orders and applications

Businesses must describe orders, customer requirements, materials, delivery method, pay, and deadline accurately and must have the right to share uploaded content and customer information. Freelancers must review the full order, apply only when qualified and available, answer required questions truthfully, and promptly disclose a problem that may affect quality or timing. An application does not guarantee work. An assignment begins only after the business selects the freelancer and Yunna confirms funding.

6. Funding, earnings, refunds, and payouts

Businesses authorize Yunna and Stripe to collect the displayed work-order amount and fees before assignment. Funded amounts are not freelancer earnings merely because an order was assigned. Under the standard shipped-order workflow, Yunna releases freelancer earnings after required completion evidence, approval, shipping steps, and a qualifying carrier acceptance event. Stripe controls connected-account verification and bank-arrival timing. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, payment failures, fraud reviews, and legally required holds may delay or change a transaction. Users must not bypass Yunna payment for an order or relationship initiated through Yunna.

7. Cancellations and disputes

A participant requesting cancellation must choose a reason and provide a truthful explanation. An open order, or an assigned order before completion work is submitted, may qualify for immediate cancellation and a full funding refund. After work is submitted, approved, packaged, or shipped, Yunna reviews the order record, messages, work evidence, shipping activity, and payment status before deciding whether to cancel, refund, or release funds. A completed cancellation is attributed to the responsible account and may affect its cancellation history or rate. Yunna may forgive a cancellation supported by a documented emergency, technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances we determine should not affect account standing.

8. Shipping and customer information

Use accurate addresses, package measurements, weights, contents, and hazardous-material disclosures. Follow carrier rules, preserve acceptance receipts, and do not misuse labels. Customer addresses and contact information may be used only to complete the relevant order and may not be copied, marketed to, or used for an unrelated purpose. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays outside a user's control will be evaluated using available tracking evidence.

9. Messages and Yunna Connect

Messaging is limited to eligible business–freelancer relationships and designated follow-up windows. Businesses may not use Yunna to contact other businesses, and freelancers may not use it to contact other freelancers. Yunna Connect is a Premium business feature and may be used only for legitimate freelancer discovery, favorites, rehire, and order invitations - not spam, harassment, scraping, or off-platform solicitation.

10. Email, push, and text alerts

Yunna may send account and marketplace emails and, when you enable them on a supported device, browser or PWA push notifications, including new-work alerts and order-related reminders, according to your notification preferences. Push permission can be turned off through Yunna or your browser/device settings. Optional text alerts require separate consent and are never required to use Yunna. Message frequency varies based on marketplace and order activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may turn off new-work texts or reminder texts in Settings, reply STOP to stop texts, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional or opportunity alerts does not prevent Yunna from sending legally permitted service, security, or account communications through other channels when necessary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, contact contact@yunnacraft.com or (404) 981-3261.

11. Reviews, responses, and testimonials

Order reviews are available only to the business and freelancer connected to a completed Yunna order. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may not contain threats, harassment, hate, private information, extortion, conflicts of interest, fabricated claims, or unlawful content. Yunna may use a controlled publication window, allow limited pre-publication correction, investigate reports, and hide or remove content that violates policy. Disagreement alone does not require removal. Site testimonials are accepted only after a qualifying completed experience and are published only with permission and moderation for authenticity, privacy, and policy compliance.

12. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Yunna a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve Yunna, honor your publication choices, and comply with law. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe another person's rights.

13. Prohibited conduct and items

You may not use Yunna to violate law or intellectual-property rights; deceive, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or harass others; manipulate ratings; create fake transactions; evade fees; compromise accounts; scrape or reverse engineer the service; distribute malware; or sell or request prohibited, dangerous, counterfeit, recalled, or unlawfully personalized goods. Yunna may remove content, restrict transactions, or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Yunna subject to outstanding orders, payments, disputes, and record-retention requirements. Yunna may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, unsafe behavior, repeated cancellations, payment problems, legal requirements, or harm to users or the service. We will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support when reasonably possible, but may act immediately for urgent safety, security, fraud, or legal reasons.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yunna is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a user will receive applications, be selected, earn a particular amount, receive uninterrupted service, or achieve a specific business result. We do not guarantee a user's identity, skill, conduct, product quality, legality, or ability to perform, although we provide order-backed records, payment controls, profiles, reviews, and moderation tools to reduce risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yunna and its officers, members, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm arising from another user's conduct. Yunna's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid directly to Yunna during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

17. Governing law and disputes

Virginia law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact contact@yunnacraft.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, state and federal courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction. You retain any nonwaivable right to bring an eligible matter in small-claims court or make a report to a government agency.

18. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without Yunna's consent; Yunna may assign them as part of a reorganization or business transfer. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, displayed transaction terms, incorporated policies, and the Affiliate Program Terms when applicable form the agreement about the service.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to Yunna Company LLC at contact@yunnacraft.com or (404) 981-3261.
