Affiliate Program Terms

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Yunna Affiliate Program and supplement Yunna's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and have authority to enter this agreement. Yunna may approve, reject, suspend, or close affiliate participation consistent with these terms and applicable law.
2. Affiliate accounts and tiers
Affiliate access is tied to one Yunna login. A person may participate as an affiliate without a Business or Freelancer profile, or may add affiliate access to an existing Yunna account. Standard Affiliates are approved through the public application process. Creator Partner status is invite-only or may be granted to an existing affiliate by Yunna. Creator Partners must still complete their profile and accept these terms.
3. Referral tools and promotional codes
Approved affiliates may receive referral links, referral codes, promotional codes, and approved marketing materials. These tools may be used only to promote Yunna accurately and lawfully. Codes and links may not be sold, transferred, hidden, automatically injected, or used through cookie stuffing or other deceptive attribution methods. Affiliates may not create commission by referring themselves or their own controlled accounts.
4. Standard commission rates
Unless Yunna approves a different prospective rate in writing or in the Affiliate Dashboard, Standard Affiliates earn 30% of eligible paid Business subscription and order-credit revenue and 20% of eligible Yunna marketplace fees generated by attributed referrals. Creator Partners earn 40% and 25% respectively. Marketplace commission is calculated only from Yunna's eligible marketplace fee, not the freelancer's principal pay or the full work-order value.
5. Eligible revenue and exclusions
Commission is based on eligible revenue Yunna actually receives after applicable affiliate discounts. Shipping and postage, taxes, freelancer principal, instant payout fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversed or fraudulent transactions, free or comped periods, test-mode activity, administrator test accounts, and other excluded amounts do not generate commission. Marketplace commission becomes eligible only after the qualifying work order is completed and freelancer earnings are released.
6. Attribution and earning period
Yunna may use referral links, referral codes, promotional codes, cookies, and account records to attribute referrals. The standard pre-signup referral window is 180 days. Once a valid referral is attached to a Yunna user, later affiliate interactions do not ordinarily replace it. The first commissionable transaction must occur within 12 months of referral creation. The standard commission earning period lasts 12 months beginning with the referred user's first commissionable transaction.
7. Pending commissions, reversals, and payouts
Commission is generally held in pending status for 30 days before becoming available. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud findings, duplicate attribution, self-referrals, or other invalid activity may reverse pending or available commission. If a qualifying reversal occurs after payout, Yunna may apply a negative adjustment against future affiliate earnings. Payouts are generally processed monthly after the available balance reaches the stated minimum, currently $25, and require completion of Yunna's supported payout and tax-readiness requirements.
8. Promotional discount
The default affiliate customer promotion is 20% off the first three eligible monthly Pro or Premium subscription payments or 20% off the first eligible annual Pro or Premium payment, unless a campaign states otherwise. Promotions do not apply to Basic, marketplace fees, freelancer earnings, shipping, instant cashout fees, taxes, or previously paid periods and may not be combined unless Yunna expressly allows it.
9. Disclosures and truthful promotion
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they may earn a commission when recommending Yunna and must comply with applicable endorsement, advertising, email, platform, and consumer-protection rules. Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about Yunna, guaranteed earnings, marketplace demand, results, pricing, features, or their relationship with Yunna. Affiliate status does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind Yunna.
10. Brand and content use
Yunna grants an active affiliate a limited, revocable, nonexclusive permission to use approved Yunna names, logos, links, and marketing materials solely to promote the program. Affiliates may not alter Yunna branding in a misleading way, register confusing domains or accounts, impersonate Yunna, or imply endorsement beyond their approved affiliate relationship.
11. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes self-referrals, fake accounts, fake or manipulated transactions, spam, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, unauthorized paid-search use of protected Yunna terms when restricted by Yunna, unlawful or misleading advertising, harassment, impersonation, fraud, attempts to interfere with attribution, and promotion that violates Yunna's Terms or another platform's rules.
12. Taxes and records
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations. Yunna or its payment providers may request tax information and may issue tax forms or reports when required. Affiliates must keep payout and contact information accurate. Yunna may retain affiliate, referral, commission, payout, and compliance records as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
13. Suspension and termination
Yunna may suspend referral tools, hold commissions, or close affiliate access for suspected fraud, policy violations, legal risk, abusive promotion, inaccurate application information, or other material violations. Where appropriate, Yunna may provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Closing affiliate access does not create a right to commission from ineligible, reversed, fraudulent, or future transactions.
14. Changes to the program
Yunna may change prospective commission rates, promotional offers, payout schedules, qualification rules, or program features with reasonable notice when appropriate. A later rate change does not retroactively change a commission already recorded at a valid earlier rate. Material changes may require acceptance of an updated version of these terms.
15. Relationship to other Yunna terms
These Affiliate Program Terms, Yunna's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, displayed campaign terms, and applicable payout-provider terms together govern affiliate participation. If an affiliate also uses Yunna as a Business or Freelancer, the marketplace Terms continue to apply to that separate activity.
