1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Yunna Company LLC (“Yunna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit yunnacraft.com, create an account, or use Yunna's marketplace and related services. It applies to craft businesses, freelance crafters, affiliate applicants and affiliates, site visitors, and people who contact support.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, password credentials managed through our authentication provider, account type, and communication preferences.
• Business and freelancer profiles: business name, profile handle, logo or profile photo, location, biography, website, skills, materials, availability, portfolio items, and verification information.
• Order information: work-order descriptions, instructions, deadlines, application answers, customer shipping information, photos, videos, completion evidence, revision requests, cancellation reasons, and shipping details.
• Communications and content: messages, attachments, reactions, reviews, review reports, testimonials, support requests, and your email, push, or text-alert preferences.
• Payment and payout information: transaction and payout status, amounts, limited billing details, and payment-provider identifiers. Stripe receives and processes full payment-card, bank-account, identity-verification, and tax information; Yunna does not store full card or bank-account numbers.
• Affiliate information: affiliate applications, creator or business name, websites and social profiles, audience-size range, niche, promotion plans, application and program status, referral and promotional identifiers, commission activity, payout readiness, and Affiliate Program Terms acceptance.

Information collected automatically

We and our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, push-subscription endpoints and encryption keys when you enable browser notifications, timestamps, requested pages, affiliate and referral information, referral-link and promotional-code attribution, cookie or session identifiers, and diagnostic events needed to authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud, measure service performance, and troubleshoot errors.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; operate business and freelancer profiles; match users with real work orders; process applications, invitations, messages, payments, payouts, shipping, reviews, cancellations, and support; review affiliate applications, attribute referrals, administer affiliate promotions, calculate and pay eligible commissions, and prevent affiliate abuse; enforce plan access and marketplace rules; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; improve Yunna; and communicate service, safety, transaction, account, and marketplace opportunity updates based on your notification preferences.

4. How information is disclosed

• Between marketplace participants: we show profile and order information needed for businesses and freelancers to evaluate and complete work. Private customer addresses and other restricted order details are shown only when the workflow requires them.
• Publicly: profile information, portfolios, ratings, published reviews, responses, handles, testimonials you authorize, and approved affiliate or creator branding you choose to publish may be visible to other users or the public.
• Affiliate reporting: affiliates may receive privacy-safe referral and commission information needed to understand program performance. Yunna does not provide affiliates with a referred user's private email, phone number, address, work-order contents, or payment details merely because the user was referred.
• Service providers: information may be processed by providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, storage, email, payments, payouts, address verification, shipping, fraud prevention, analytics, transcription, writing assistance, and applicant comparison tools. Current core providers include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Shippo, Deepgram, and OpenAI where the relevant feature is used.
• Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce our Terms, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect Yunna's rights.
• Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Yunna does not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Payments, payouts, and shipping

Stripe processes business payments, freelancer and affiliate payout onboarding where applicable, identity verification, connected-account information, transfers, refunds, payouts, and certain tax-related information under Stripe's own privacy terms. Shippo and participating carriers receive the sender, recipient, package, and contact information needed to quote rates, create labels, and provide tracking. These providers may use information as independent controllers where their own terms state that they do.

6. Writing, comparison, transcription, and site-help features

If you use a writing, applicant-comparison, or Yunna Guide site-help feature, Yunna sends the text and contextual information needed to generate the requested result to the relevant processing provider. Yunna Guide is designed to answer questions about using Yunna and should not be used to submit passwords, full payment or bank details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information. If you use Premium video-to-written instructions, Yunna gives its transcription provider temporary authenticated access to the private instructional video so the provider can create a transcript, then sends the transcript to the writing provider to generate editable written steps. The source video remains private in Yunna storage and the temporary access link expires. Do not include passwords, full payment details, government identifiers, or unnecessary customer information in prompts or instructional recordings. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Yunna does not use protected personal characteristics to rank applicants.

7. Cookies, referral attribution, and account sessions

Yunna uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember account state, protect forms, and maintain security. The Affiliate Program may also use referral identifiers, cookies, promotional codes, and account records to remember which approved affiliate referred a visitor or member during the applicable attribution window. Where a referral becomes attached to a Yunna account, Yunna may retain that attribution in account records even if browser cookies are later cleared. If a technology or use requires consent under applicable law, we will provide the required choices before using it.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and order records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, payment, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Public content may remain until removed under our policies, and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update many profile and account details in Settings and control email, push, and text notification preferences, including new-work alerts. You can also reply STOP to opt out of Yunna texts. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; learn how it is used or disclosed; and appeal a denied request. Yunna will verify the requester's identity before completing a request and will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authenticated private workflows, restricted storage, and specialized payment providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, use an email account you control, and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. Children

Yunna is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.

12. Changes and contact
